Cate Frazier is the founder of Habitual Rituals Wellness, a board certified lifestyle medicine clinician with over 12 years of experience in primary care, urgent care, cardiology and prevention, and a lifelong learner. Cate earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from Lawrence University and her masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Since that time she has worked in both urban and rural environments in hospital and clinic settings and leapt into adventure in 2016 when she did travel medicine for a year in Montana and then a year in Alaska. She has cultivated self empowerment skills from becoming her own best friend to following her soul to live the life of her dreams. All along the way, her life has continuously been shaped by women and people she admires, loves, and who have taught her invaluable life lessons. Cate is a wife to a very supportive husband and mother to two adorable children. The creation of Habitual Rituals Wellness stems from her personal desire to establish a healthy foundation for her family and to share the daily process of wellness with you. Cate deeply believes that transformation is available to all of us at any moment in time and it all begins with intention. She can’t wait to transform beside you.

Dr. Katrine Colton is a summa cum laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After graduating in 2018, she built a thriving family practice in Berlin, Wisconsin. A native of Wausau, Katrine Colton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Stephanie Jamieson is a culinary anthropologist whose work explores the powerful intersection of food, culture, and human biology. With a foundation in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, she examines not only what people eat, but why they eat it—and how those choices shape community health, identity, and longevity.
Stephanie studies the components and constituents of food, investigating how traditional ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary patterns impact the body at both cellular and cultural levels. Her research bridges ancestral wisdom and modern nutritional science, translating food from mere sustenance into a living archive of history, migration, resilience, and adaptation.
Currently, she focuses on the world’s “Blue Zones”—regions identified for exceptional longevity—approaching them through a non-ethnocentric, Indigenous-centered lens. Rather than viewing these communities through a Western framework, Stephanie prioritizes local knowledge systems, ecological relationships, and intergenerational food practices that sustain both people and place.
Through her scholarship and public engagement in teaching at The Flour Pot in De Pere, WI, Stephanie Jamieson invites audiences to see food not simply as fuel, but as a cultural blueprint for wellbeing.

With over 10 years of experience in event coordination and retreat assistance, Kate brings both organization and heart to every wellness experience she helps to create. Her passion for alternative wellness has been a guiding force in her life, leading her to personally practice Pilates and yoga as part of her own commitment to balance and growth.
As a single mother to her five-year-old son, Jack, her greatest mission is to raise a kind, confident, and understanding young man—equipped with the tools to thrive in today’s world. Community, connection, and shared wisdom are values she holds deeply, which is why being part of a women-centered wellness space is especially meaningful.
Kate believes that when women come together, we create powerful opportunities to learn from one another, grow collectively, and support each other in ways that ripple far beyond a single retreat.
Now more than ever, cultivating strong, intentional community is essential—and Kate is honored to help hold space for that transformation.
